Amos and grandson, David, came to repair our “unfixable” Grohe electronic plumbing problem, (one that had been reviewed as NOT repairable by 2 other plumbing companies ). They could not find the solution the first time, they studied the problem for a few days and came back again this time with support from the plumbing manufacturer, and could not find the source of the problem and they came back the third time this time having done even more reviews with the plumbing manufacturer in Germany and were able to fix this problem. Their ability to do this saved us tens of thousands of dollars and huge angst. We are deeply indebted to this “master plumber” and his grandson for having spent the time, effort and background study to make this system work again.
